You will build and maintain a talent pipeline, partner with hiring managers to refine role profiles, and deliver a timely candidate experience. Tracking hiring metrics and improving sourcing strategies is part of the role.
Experience
Four to seven years of experience writing proposals for B2B clients, government or large enterprise procurement is preferred. Demonstrated success in winning competitive bids and managing proposal schedules. Experience leading teams or mentoring colleagues is valuable.
