Drive new client acquisition and own the sales pipeline from initial contact through to contract. You will develop outreach strategies, qualify opportunities, and work closely with delivery teams to shape commercial proposals. This role requires building and maintaining long term client relationships and meeting revenue targets. You will report on pipeline health and continuously improve processes.
Experience
Three to six years in business development or sales in a B2B environment. Proven experience managing a pipeline and closing deals with mid market or enterprise clients. Experience working with cross functional teams is important.
Skills
Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Proficiency with CRM tools and pipeline reporting. Ability to translate client needs into solutions and commercial proposals. Data driven approach to tracking and improving conversion rates.
