Experience

Four to seven years of experience writing proposals for B2B clients, government or large enterprise procurement is preferred. Demonstrated success in winning competitive bids and managing proposal schedules. Experience leading teams or mentoring colleagues is valuable.

Skills

Exceptional persuasive writing and structuring skills. Ability to translate technical details into client focused benefits. Strong project management and stakeholder coordination. Excellent editing and quality control.
