Manage the full recruitment life cycle for open roles, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and closing offers. Tracking hiring metrics and improving sourcing strategies is part of the role.

Experience

Up to three years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT or professional services. Hands on experience with candidate sourcing and screening. Comfort managing multiple open roles simultaneously.

Skills

Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing ability. Experience with applicant tracking systems and stakeholder communication. Good negotiation skills and a people first approach to hiring. Attention to confidentiality and candidate experience.
